Marketing Implementation (Healthcare IT)
We launched and managed the marketing of this Healthcare IT solution in 3 European markets
Over a 12 month period, IMS worked with a Healthcare IT start-up company, in the completion of a feasibility study, progressing to full market launch. Our client had strong clinical expertise but lacked marketing know-how and needed a partner to successfully navigate all stages of pre-commercialisation.
Our initial undertaking was a Feasibility Study that assessed all elements of market need, product features and benefits and route-to-market strategy. Following completion of the feasibility study we planned and implemented a successful pilot/beta launch which further validated market need and identified commercial opportunities internationally for the e-learning platform. The technology was launched in early 2015 and secured over 1500 users in the first 4 month. This involved a full branding and online communications strategy including a strong Facebook marketing campaign which generated 1000 pre-launch leads. The company is also working to secure license opportunities with medical schools internationally and we have assisted the company in the development of opportunities in the Polish, UK and Irish markets.
