We planned and fully managed the implementation of marketing campaigns on a pan-European basis for this US Data Communications Multinational
This global data communications company with a US headquarters had no European marketing offices and sought the services of our company to plan and implement a wide range of marketing campaigns in Europe over an initial 12 month period. Taking direction from the US team, our first task was to develop a localised marketing strategy and tactical implementation plans with detailed budgets for all activities. Once adopted, it was the role of our team to co-ordinate this plan and report on progress on a weekly basis. Over a 12 month period, 8 products were launched and with each launch, we were responsible for ensuring the completion of datasheets, pre-launch communications to channel partners in over 20 countries, co-ordination of multilingual press releases with PR agencies across Europe and working with our client’s internal team for the synchronised online release of each product. We also implemented a wider range of online Google PPC campaigns and in 12 months co-ordinated all aspects of planning around 15 tradeshows across Europe. Finally, our skills were utilised in the localisation marketing materials across 7 European languages
Results:
Our client was very happy with the work delivered by our team and following this 12-month plan, they extended their contract on an annual basis for the following 3 years. During this time, the value delivered by our company meant that the client didn’t need to invest in the development of local marketing offices in Europe and utilised our company as their fully outsourced European marketing team.
