We developed a European marketing strategy for this orthopaedic medical device manufacturer
This orthopaedics device manufacturer approached us to assist with the development of a European marketing strategy for a next-generation device. The strategic process involved many aspects including a detailed competitor analysis, product messaging, and finally a European channel research strategy. We also completed a social media audit to identify key clinical influencers in their application space. This was a challenging project as our client’s device was designed for very targeted and relatively low volume (but high value) trauma procedures with the result that our strategy needed to be highly focused and targeted. Our work resulted in the identification of 25 target partners in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Scandinavia and a marketing strategy to create awareness through conferences and online marketing activities.
We continue to work with this client, managing all aspects of European branding, promotion and channel engagement.
