We developed a marketing strategy for a next-generation product into the European market for this Canadian medical devices company
We were engaged by an international medical device company to assist with market research, their route-to-market strategy, and key opinion identification for a next-generation medical device. Our work in total spanned over 6 months, involved both secondary and primary research, and made a valuable contribution to the market entry strategy of the product. Our research identified target distribution partners across Europe. In addition, we identified and profiled a list of the top 10 clinicians in the specific clinical application area in both the UK and France which allowed the company to subsequently make approaches.
Result
Our work with this client took place approximately 6 months before regulatory approval was achieved for the European market. Today, the company has successfully introduced its device to some of the clinicians identified by our research and hopes to complete a number of channel agreements in the year ahead.
